Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Glamora Plus platform (glamoraplus.com, “the Platform”), owned and operated by Client Care Solutions (“we,” “the Company”). By using the Platform — whether as a customer booking an appointment, a beauty center, or staff using the dashboard — you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of the Service

Glamora Plus is a technology platform for managing appointment bookings for beauty salons and laser clinics, allowing independent beauty centers (“Centers”) to manage their branches, staff, and customer bookings, and to communicate with customers via WhatsApp. The Platform is solely a technical intermediary and does not itself provide any beauty, laser treatment, or medical services.

2. User Accounts

• A “System Admin” account is created for the platform owner, “Center Manager” accounts for each subscribed beauty center, and “Branch Staff” accounts for branch employees.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for any activity carried out through your account.
• Accurate and correct information must be provided when registering, including a valid phone number to receive the verification code (OTP).

3. Bookings and Appointments

• The customer selects the center, branch, service, and preferred appointment time through the Platform.
• The center is responsible for confirming the booking and providing the service at the scheduled time.
• The customer can cancel a booking via the cancellation link sent to them, subject to each center’s own cancellation policy.
• The Platform is not responsible for any center’s failure to honor its appointments or for the quality of the service provided.

4. Communication via WhatsApp and Push Notifications

By using the Platform and providing your phone number, you agree to receive WhatsApp messages related to booking confirmations, reminders, and replies to your inquiries. If you log into the Glamora Plus Android app, these same updates are sent as push notifications instead of WhatsApp whenever possible; the app may also send marketing notifications if you allow them. You may request to stop receiving these messages by contacting the relevant center, turning off notification permission on your device, or deleting your account (Section 4a below). You may withdraw the app’s optional location permission at any time from your device’s settings without affecting any other feature.

4a. Account and Data Deletion

You may permanently delete your account and associated data at any time, provided you have no upcoming, uncancelled appointment. This can be done inside the Android app (Account → “Delete account permanently”) or from any web browser at glamoraplus.com/glamora-app-account/, with no need to install the app. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what this removes.

5. Responsibilities of Beauty Centers

Each subscribed beauty center acknowledges that it is solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of its services and pricing information displayed on the Platform.
• Obtaining the licenses and permits required to provide beauty and laser services in accordance with Egyptian law.
• The quality and safety of the services it provides to its customers, and compliance with applicable health and professional standards.
• Any damages or claims arising from the services it provides.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights relating to the Platform’s design, source code, and the “Glamora Plus” trademark are owned by Client Care Solutions, and may not be copied or redistributed without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is.” We make reasonable efforts to ensure its availability and accuracy, without any express or implied warranty of uninterrupted or error-free service. Client Care Solutions is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, or from any beauty or treatment services provided by a subscribed center.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or is misused, without prior notice in serious cases.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of the Arab Republic of Egypt shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Platform after any changes are posted will be considered acceptance of them.
